my buddy has a 350 out of a 95 chevy, he is wanting to put it in his 83' truck with a carb. so i know the intake wont work, but which one does he need?

They probably make a TBI to carb adapter but they also make manifolds that fit late Gen I small blocks (like the 95 350) that accomodate the standard or squarebore carburetor pattern.
Is the engine an LT1 or a 350 from a truck?
If its a regular 350 any of these should work.
