Q-jet fans...

They were used from the 60's to mid 80's, they must have done something right.

The last year I'm aware of that they were used was 1990. Olds 307 still existed and had a Q-jet, last year for the engine.

I don't know how late trucks went, but I know it was after 1987 in certain applications.

Even the Buick Turbo V6's 78-83 with the Qjet. They were pretty quick.

This guy must have done his thesis on q-jets. It has to be the be all end all of q-jet information. I say that with all respect.

Have one on my 1967 330 olds motor haven't started it since October and it started right up yesterday . It's in my 40 Chevy 4 door sedan

That write up is very impressive...the guy must have invented the Q-jet or was heavily involved the production ...
But the author needs to learn how to make paragraphs!..
