Quadrasteer 8.1L Suburban tow rig

2003 Suburban 2500 Quadrasteer camper towing 8.1L 6.0L swap 4L80-E
When this thread popped up this morning, I liked your post and then went to respond, and immediately realized I had just unliked it and already made that exact response 9 months ago, so I had to re-like it and leave it be...:rotfl:

Actually you can go 255/85/16 on those wheels or if these are too narrow a 285/75/16 will give you a little more mileage and fill the opening better
Some of these sizes only show up commonly as ST. I like the idea of being able to get a replacement tire in any town. I'm fine with how the 265/75R16 looks.

I did find the source of the oil on the floor. The outlet fitting on the power steering pump had loosened. What do you know, now the pump doesn't whine. I suppose when you take everything apart a couple/few times something will be due for some re-torque. It also seems to have a small rear main seal leak. I didn't find a ridge on the crank when I replaced the seal (when I had the crank out). Oh well, it's not bad enough to warrant taking it apart.

Read through this whole thread today. Wow I admire your perseverance.
That video of quadrasteer working is cool. Thinking I need this.

Getting the boat outta the garage, I got it tucked in to close to the wall last fall.
