question about a full time 10 bolt 8 lug

set of axles 10 bolt 8 lug,14bff out of a scottsdale k20 th350/203 full time..

any idea what ratio they might be??im gonna pop the cover tomm but hopeing they are 410s...:D
 
why pop the cover? just spin the axle and count how many times the pinion goes around.

Because now not only can he be very accurate on which gears but he can also check the condition of the axle and then put fresh lube back in once the cover is bolted back in place. :thumb:
 
true, but for quick reference, no need to pull the cover. how accurate do you need to be with gears. it's very easy to find out what gears you have.

True, but it's even better to know the condition of your gears as well.
 
There were some, the 10 bolt started in 1977 or 1978 and until GM stopped using the NP203 they were fulltime.

LOL still have never seen one myself. Only fulltime fronts I've ever seen were D44's, but who ever knows with GM :haha:
