I need a little extra room when wheels are turned full lock. I do not want to trim the fenders so I am going to put a body lift in. Can anyone tell me how to bend the brake lines coming off the master cyl. where they coil without kinkn them or messing them up real bad. I was told to just pull it apart a bit where its coiled to make room for the lift. I did one a couple years ago on my K5 but it didnt have brake lines when I did it I ran them after and just made it longer when I made them up. Any tips or tricks on how to bend them while they are still connected to the master cyl. without having to take everything apart would be great.

Don't sweat it, the coils will spread on their own when you lift the body. No harm, no foul. You'll have a bigger fight with the fan shroud and steering shaft. :wink1:

yeah, recommend uncoiling them by hand though first lol
the fan should just needs a spacer between the two halves, whatever the size of the lift is
heat the steering shaft in the middle to extend it, ur loosing the rubber.
linkages for trans and transfercase
more than 1", check tailgate support spring
check wires for the taillights and any attach points along the run

I didn't list this cause I've done it, but rather cause I'm hoping I've found everything before I do my own. :) I've got an E-fan in the garage for my radiator though.

if you ever do want to try and replicate those loops, i actually bought some line from the auto parts store and wrapped it around one of my baseball bats, and it might not be 100% stock look, but its a cheap and easy fix on your own. :)
