Any here ever owned a 1973-75 Blazer and a 1976-91 Blazer?

Could you tell me how the interior rear bed side covers would differ in length and fitment.

I know that the 1973-1975 are "wrap around" from the picture Craig Artzner posted. What I am wondering is if I bought a set for another year could I add the curved piece and make it fit? Maybe even have it reupholstered over?

I have a 73 a 76 and a 79 sitting in the yard in various states of repair lol. lemme know what you need pics of and i will go snap some.

Does any of them have interior panels in them?

Could you take a pic of the 73 and the 76 drivers or passenger side (just do the same on both) so that I can see a side by side pic for reference?

If you can...get from the rear of the door opening to the tailgate

ok heres what i was able to snap. im spoiled by the weather we have been having in bama latley and its fuggin cold outside.

Just a note. there used to be a carpet peice that covered the lower part of the panel but wasent part of it. looks like they are kinda universal from year to year and the filler panel was added later.

If you want more pics it will be tomorrow when im not fighting the flashlight and camera.

That's great! Thanks!!!

Here's what looks different to me right off the bat....the distance from the "front" of the wheel wells to the back of the door opening....could you measure that?
They appear to be different lengths.

ok i see what you mean now. I will get the measurements to you tomorrow when the lighting is better.

If I recall correctly, the distance between the door and the wheel well should be the same between the two. However, I think what you're seeing is that the floor drops down before the door in both of those pictures, but due to the black in the first picture, it appears as though the door opening goes as far back as the floor drop. Thus, an optical illusion that the two distances are different.

OK...I am going to go drive a while and look at a set that a guy has for sale...since this is the first set I have seen in two years, I want to have a look....and probably will buy them and see if they are usable and if not I can definitely resell them.

Went to look at them...they look great...didn't pick them up yet...trying to decide if building some myself and having the upholstered is the cheaper route...

Trying to think about how I could get that curve looking right and how to exactly make the pattern....

im still wondering what you are talking about. exactly what curve? the wheel well or something else ?

This is what he is talking about.
These are Craig Artzner's pictures.
There is curve on the front of the panel.
