The 10 spline he's referring to is a 465/221 and 465/205 thing only. It has the crappy little splined sleeve between the male output of the trans and male input of the xfer that likes to strip out.
The 465/208 and 465/241 definitely all have 32 spline connections with no sleeve. So do newer (84 or 85 and up K30) 465/205's, but they are rare because they only came under K30's.
So is there such a thing as a 32 spline NP205? If so, what year(s) truck(s) do I search for in the bone yard?

I already took the Alum. top shifter and bent it to match a cast top. I love it that way though. I would do it again.
