quick hydroboost install question

so is there any reason why i couldn't just unbolt my master cyl from the vac booster leaving all my brake lines hooked up, install the hydroboost and bolt the m/c back up and avoid undoing any brake lines?

Yes. The master cylinders are different and must be swapped.

figures. its been years sense i've done the swap. i thought all the master cyls were interchangable...
