Not at home right now, but will be heading by the big rig truck shop. I was gonna see about having some u-bolts bent up for my 14bff swap, I will be using 4" blocks.

I know they are 9/16" but can someone get me the axle diameter and the length please?

14ff is 3 3/8" dia tube.

and also go up to 5/8 rod on the ubolts for a much better clamp and working load.

and add in the 3 3/8 tube = spring perch thickness + block length + spring pack length + top plate and add 1-1.5" for washer n nut and thats the length ubolt you need in a pefect world. if me go over 1" and be safe as long as the rod thay use is long thread version and not short thread.

also note all stock spring plates will take 5/8 rod with no mods to the holes over the 9/16 stock stuff on 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton stuff.

Like Brett said, the 14ff is a 3 3/8" axle tube and the factory u-bolts are 5/8" diameter.

14 bolt is 3.375" tube as mentioned earlier. The 3/4 ton (round) u-bolts are 5/8", the square upside down ones (1 ton) are 9/16".

A Dana 60 rear is 3.125" and the only thing (as far as I know) that use that are '99 and newer Chevy 10 bolts. We have plates for it but that's it as far as stock parts to the best of my knowledge.

You'll probably need 13" or so but it depends on the spring pack you're using, we keep those on the shelf.
