1/2 ton status
the night before i painted my truck,i hit a deer.since then,my choke light keeps coming on as i,m taking off,and on left turns.but not on right turns.also,my stock oil pressure gauge is bobbing up and down with take-off and stops.i haven't noticed any performance problems(stahling,stumbling,etc.)so far it's more of an annoyance than anything.oh,it's an edelbrock 500/elec.choke.i also noticed the engine ground strap(firewall to manifold)is broke.i saw it a couple weeks ago,but the choke light/oil gauge prob.just started three days ago.gotta brag(off subject)i picked up a '76 GMC 465/205 350ci. for $600.that junk 700r4 is on its way out...as soon as i find someone willing to do the swap in exchange for the body/engine..?? /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
