Dodge is the same way. Dodge says lifetime fluid and filter. ZF (trans manufacturer) says something like 60k. You have to replace the pan because the filter is integrated in to the pan. $1000 at the dealership.
Nothing specific. Just pulled from different performance forums and tuning forums. I got a 168k miles out of mine and had tune, long tubes, intake on it and towed several trailers and have a heavy foot. Most people seem to lose theirs around the 140-160k mark. If caught early enough, a new converter and full flush and they can be brought back to life.
Atomic Fab and Performance? Just sent them a message, hope that was the right company lol.
Finally got my trans temp sensor and gauge finished. Had the sensor in the pan last year, never got around to the gauge till yesterday Towing to Moab was the push I needed
Originally planned to have it higher but triple checking saw contact with my knee. The lower spot is out of the way. View from the seat fine. Ran sensor wire down through the tunnel, hope it’s ok. Power wire went under the carpet to the fuse box under the driver seat.
I had hoped some fresh oil this morning was going to bring this up. Getting awfully close to 20. I have another 1500 miles on the drivetrain warranty and that might happen after Moab
