Looks like an older version of the REP 8000...those dimensions are the closest anyway.DOES NOT WORK!! Wiring inside the solenoid box is rotten,I don't know if that's its only problem. With clutch disengaged,drum spins freely.Cable is in good shape,remote included.About 62 lbs in box.Asking 150.00 OBO.

You can test it without the box , like testing a starter , wire some jumper cables to the +'s ( one at a time ) and - .

My solenoid box on my newer Ramsey has the two cables to the battery , and 3 big cables coming out of it , ground , forward , and backward .

So its like a starter solenoid if you ask me , bypassing the solenoid should turn it if its a good motor

Are the selinoids any good besides just the wiring? I aquired the exact same winch and one of the selinoids is bad for sure.
