I'm kind of disappointed with mine... I expected steel(or iron) instead of cast aluminum for $1250($1100 + $150 for replacement housing). 
even though I was never stranded anywhere due to the cracking of the housing I'm still mad. I even wrote to the company but have yet to recieve any kind of response. 
edit: I hope ramsey_crawler sees this and will pass it along to the higher-ups.

I only used it like 6 times and only once was did I need all 12,000lbs of pull.... anyway...
the bolt hole on the left partially is stripped so I'm guessing that allowed the other bolt to loosen up allowing the housing to not be flush to the bumper. like I said it's only a guess. the cracked housing is my only complaint. but if I let it go without replacing it I'm sure the crack would've gotten worse and would've broken other parts.
