wth is an np195?

It's New Process screwing up the stamping and swapping the ratio with the model number.

I keep trying to get away from this thread but I can't stop staring.

I've seen a lot of tags like that before. Its basically an error wherever they did the stampings on them at whatever factory the tags were made from.

The model number is actually the ratio and the ratio is actually the model number. The number are switched around. Honest mistake since I've seen quite a few of them before.

well then here is more to look at...

shouldn't have made a stinger yet, but I gave the project to a kid as busy work and he got hurt while doing it :surepal: so I just went ahead and finished the fitting.

huh??? so did you buy a d60 and it ended up a 10blt?? then you sold it for what you bought it for???

Nah, that's a 60, but most "less informed" people (read: dumbasses :haha:) think axles are referred to by the number of bolts holding on the diff cover.

He was just joking.

good thing man, I was lucky enough to find a sucker to buy my Chevy 10 bolt for about $600. :haha:
