I'd like to get the K5 ready to make it to this. A bunch of the guys in the club are from Maryland and go there pretty often but I'm yet to make it up that way.
I may be up for a Uwharrie trip sometime too. It's been years since I've been down there as a passenger. The one time I was supposed to go and drive I got hung up at work and couldn't make it.

I'd like to go to Big Dogs sometime. I've just had a lot going on and haven't gotten the K5 to the point I'd like to have it at yet.
If anybody is on the fence about this or has any questions, PM me or put the questions here and I will get you an answer ASAP. Right now it looks like it should be a good turnout, so don't miss it!!!!!!

Just an update- the RC Rocs Rockcrawling series will be there on May 23rd. Might provide for some good entertainment while we are there.

Looks like your right, just looked it up on the site......It sure is fun to watch them.
Definitely. I remember going to Paragon for Neuroc.... That was a lot of fun.
I never saw them run there, but I do remember seeing some paint spots where they put the cones. There was one place with a 12' vertical drop off into the rocks below and thinking "They have to have balls of steel to do that"
Don't forget W.E.Rock is running up there April 25-26.....Going to try to make that too.
Just an update for anyone planning on staying in a hotel. Buddy of mine called yesterday and all the pine grove hotels are almost booked. From what I know they only have smoking and pet friendly rooms left. So if you still want a room jump on it! I'll be camping for sure.
I hope the weather lets up and I can get to the never ending list of things to do to the truck before this trip.

To anyone unsure, let me tell you it was worth the almost 10 hour drive for us from Ontario Canada.
We had some mechanical issues but still made it home

So, I wanna do a quick head count here....
We are planning on most likely breaking up the group so that we can see as much of the park as possible. If any of you are planning on coming, please post up your rig and your capabilities, this way we can get a semi-organized (yeah, right) plan so that we can maximize the enjoyment for everyone coming.
I'll be bringing my Blazer and I am comfortable doing Blues/Blacks, on the easier side of the black trails though.
