with the 3 inch body lift the tires just fit but i cant flex ..soo i want it to flex 4 inch what should I do?

Use a 4" shackle flip in the rear, you will be fine. What size tires are you running?
Personally, I would ditch the BL.

I've got the 4 inch flip from ORD and I haven't messed around with my pinion angle. I've got some vibrations on my 10 bolts and and I'll be rotating the perches on my new 14 when it goes in this week or next. I'd live with putting in u-joints or shim it up for now. And ditch the body lift and go for the flip.
