re-build most of the front end dana 44

Well i have wheel bearings and u-joints left then i can start reasembaly. The spindal bearings sucked, but not as much as the ball joints

It goes faster when you do it more times...
Not that you want to.

wheel the spindle bearings would not pound out and i went to the pat store and used a pilot bearing puller to get them out. then the u-joints fought kicking and screaming to come out. the tool I got at harbor freight bent. it worked but ill have to get a exchange. the races in the hubs should not be that hard but you never know.

i did see that the spindle nuts had come lose and thats probably the front end shimmy i had

You can make a tool for the upper balljoint adjuster out of a cheap deep 13/16 or 3/4" socket and some work with a grinder.

well i finally drove it at 9:30 tonight the stering feels better no funny shimmys and no wobble.
I got on it ran it up to 75 and no shakes bumps or clangs so i guess i did it right
