Yes I searched but didn't get a definitive answer. Here's what i got:

Stock rear 52's w/ Echobit shackle flip and overload flipped.
I'm think I would like to drop the rear the height of the overload leaf and get smaller lift springs in the front. Has anybody had any adverse affects of removing the overload? It does see street and highway time as I drive it to and from the trail and to work.

Thanks

youll probably not notice any difference other than the ride height. have you ever flexed it out enough to actually use the overload spring?

Yeah except I took a picture from the other side so I didn't get proof. I'll have to go flex it out again. I guess if the ends of flipped overload don't contact the bottom of the spring that's on top of the overload, the only purpose they are serving is to make the spring pack bigger=slightly more lift
