:D just got a rear bumper from 4x4 iron and i am happy with it, thanks 4x4 iron for a job well done. just hope it doesnt decide to rain so i can get this thing hooked up. will have pics on my webshots page later on.

Which bumper did you get?

I want the one with the swing out tire carrier bad :D

Did it come painted or powder coated?

How long did it take them to ship it once you ordered it?

yes, back up lights, they work great, i needed something better than the stock ones and these fill the bill nicely, sandman has a write up in product reviews that is good for reference on these bumpers:D

yeah, the only thing i didnt get was the side armour, it came with back up lights, reciever, tire carrier, a place to hang the license plate, bolts and hardware for tire carrier, it didnt have the tag light and it wasnt painted. i think the hardest part was getting all the packing tape off of it. i am happy with it. i had to cut the springs for the tail gate but if i put a soft top on this spring that old heavy tail gate will probably go away:D

Did ya specify right side spare? On the ads I looked at and other trucks already equipped they all (I think) had left side spare mount. I prefer right side like yours.

I also have 4x4iron rear tire carrier bumper and the right side spare is normal spec. They say that if you put it on the left you get better visibilty but if you have to change a tire on the side of the road you cant open the carrier if you need in the back. So there are pros and cons to each. I got the right side and i have 35's and I will say the visibility isnt great but i can manage.

WQUT...........Johnson city, Bristol, Kingsport.............Tennessee, see, seeeeeee!

Yeah i am in kingsport then land of fun. LOL. How far are you from kingsport? Hickory isnt to far is it. We should go wheelin. What you got? You know of any places local?

Tellico is coming up the 23rd April. Search for ECBB 05. There are going be the some of the best Chevys in the country there.

All the local places we used to wheel have been closed, really sux. There is the Brown Mountain Off Road Area near Lenior. And Uharrie ORA near Salisbury. We go to Watauga Lake sometimes. Trout fish N.E. of Boone alot.

Any idea what they charge to powdercoat that bumper? I emailed them but no response yet. I think that I am going to have them build me with everything and powder coated black.
