Rear bumper

AWESOME work Kert!!! :pimp::thumb:

Any chance of wrap around style forward extension for the bumper? (I cut the "fangs" off the rear quarter panels behind the rear wheels to fit my previous bumper) Maybe just a smidge narrower too since I don't have to worry about body clearance since the fangs are cut off? Oh, and a hitch tube, a tire carrier, and a hi-lift mount? Not that I have many desired add-ons or anything, LOL! :whistle: Oh, all this would be on a K5 by the way! I already cut the horns off the rear frame rails so, it can tuck in nice! Oh, and x2 on what's the height measurement?

EDIT: two more questions: I really like your UD1 front bumper and I noticed you make one to fit a hidden winch but, I don't see any pics of one setup for a winch on your site, wouldn't happen to have a pic of one with a winch set up do ya? Also, could ya do a wrap around setup for the sides on it too? I cut my front fangs too.

Ack, now another idea, maybe a slimmer height Gauntlet front bumper with a hidden winch mount, no light holes, and added side wings? Would that be possible? Seems like that would be the perfect match to the looks of the rear bumper???
Sorry for the huge amount of questions, I just see so much I like on your site!!! Thanks!!!!!!

Not the best pic for it but, you can see the front and rear fang trimming in this pic:

Ok, not to hijack this thread but do you have a close-up pic of that front fender trimming (behind the wheel). That trim looks REALLY GOOD to me and I need to trim mine soon.

Thanks bro! My buddy did the trimming, I just filed the edge smooth and touched up some paint. We taped the fender to try to keep the paint as nice as possible. The cuts were made with a nibbler and a cutoff wheel. No pics though, sorry. But, I can certainly take pics of it as it is now, lemme know! I can do close-ups of the cut areas, they may give ya some reference at least! Here's the only pic I could find, what we cut off:

Just shoot me a PM if there's any particular pic you'd like me to take! The Jimmy is about 20' away from me sitting in my garage so, it'd be no trouble at all to take some pics!

Yeah I just want a close-up pic of the area of the fender where you cut so I can get an idea of where you cut it. It has a really nice line/transition to it and it looks perfect to me. :thumb:

My crewcab rear bumper is the only rear we've ever done with a winch mount.

It is for sale. PM me if you are interested. I'm going to something a little smaller.

Such a tease!!! :eek1:

Can't wait to see the whole setup! Been watching this thread like a hawk!!! :D:waytogo:

Hoped to have had it done some time ago. It's not the best solution but pretty much all that can be done with as short as the bumper is height wise and still be able to have the step box with a license plate mounting. Only so much room there.

On a side note, it is low as can be but yet tied into the step area so it will have some awesome reinforcing built right in.

I want to know what kinda cool stuff you're hiding behind the white block. :D
