Curious if I can get some input on my rear shackle angle?

That's about what mine is... I am super light in the back for the most part though.

He has many posts where he goes onto the science of proper shackle angle and length for the best ride and performance.

Looks like 20-25 degrees is good no more according to what I just read up on Stephen
