Hey I had seen a home brew of a rear shackle flip where they cut out the bottom of the existing hanger and support the sides and then drop the shackle threw
I get the Idea but everyone says your going to get 4" of lift from doing this ???
Arent you getting 8" of lift your spring starts at 4" above the hanger and ends up 4" bellow the hanger ??
Can I "properly" correct the pinion angle with my (rear)front shakles
does anyone know the effects ,how much does this really help flex , hows the ride

Thanks for any facts, opions

since you are only moving one side of the spring you have to move it twice as far as the amount of lift you want, so if you want 2" you have to move it 4", or if you want 4" move it 8" /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
