if you had choice of

tension shackle = stock setup

or

compresion shackle = flip kit style setup

what yould you like for dd use if you could do it in stock zero lift or mabye 2" max.

reason i ask is best ride possible on dd k30 with 1 ton hd 56" rear springs. ya the springs are a lot of spring but at point now to make a hanger for flip but no lift or just run stock setup.

Plus I'd say the tension shackle is better for towing if you find yourself using those K30 1ton springs.

For a daily driver with no lift I don't know why somebody would bother with a shackle flip. If anything the packaging would be pretty tough to do a flip but have no lift with stock springs.

Tension shackle is always better ride, no matter how you put it, it's also more stable.
The only reason anyone does a compression is for cheaper lift.
