Rear Window Repairs/Parts?

Hi -

I have a 73 K5 and have two questions. First, the tailgate window rattles and squeaks something fierce. Any suggestions for places to learn how to repair, and get parts? Second, I need new door and window weatherstripping. Suggestions for how to repair, and where to get parts?
