I have a quadrajet that came off my stock '86 454 K30. I had the carb fully rebuilt but never ended up putting it back on the truck. Never has had gas in it since rebuild. How about $250 shipped? The shop I had it rebuilt at does great work, they have done many carb rebuilds for me and everything has always worked great.

Im not hurting real bad to sell this thing but I thought surely someone would have wanteed it. 200 shipped. I think thats a fair price right?

Gotta buddy who might be able to use that carb. he's got a 85' sub w/ 350. Do you know if it's the same carb or will it work, he's willing to deal.

where did you have this rebuilt? I need to get my qjet rebuilt and am looking for a decent shop at a decent price.

Sorry I havent had access to the internet the last week. I was out on business the last few days and now Im on the work computer.

I do still have the carb I dont know that the 350 carbs are the same, I can look into it though. To be honest I dont think that they are, atleast from what I can remember when looking at my carb book.

I had this rebuilt here at a local shop. PM if you want the name and address, they will take care of you and the price is good. They have done a few carbs for me and my brother as well. I have had a carb rebuilt there and then once I got it on my truck I drove it back and they put it on there machine and tuned it for me.

i'm interested in this carb, i know you siad its not computer controlled but does it have any electrical conections and can i get a pic of it

Thanks, Nick

Sure I can take a pic, the only electrical connections are for the choke. In fact let me check real quickly I may have a picture of it on the truck before it was rebuilt.

Hmmm...

Can you get me a shipping quote to Ardrossan, Alberta postal code T8E 2C8 via USPS air mail? I have a 305 carb on my built 350, and the thing is way too lean. Probally be cheaper for me to pick up a 454 carb and run a bit rich than to be super lean...

The birthday is coming up, and my parentals are bugging me for a gift idea :P

Lemme try a set of jets and rods I found at the wreckers in my current unit, if it doesn't work out, do you take paypal? :)
