Recent progress, CAGE, DOUBLER, 3-STICK, SEATS.......

Nice cage work. I noticed you built it to have the a pillar down tubes going through the dash. Do you have plans to put the dash pad back on?

Anxiously awaiting my new shaft and e-brake from HAD and some exaust parts. Then I will finally be able to wheel again, leaves me with a month to test everything out and get it ready for the freeway again. I also have a traction setup on the way, but am waiting on my shaft to finish it.

It made it a lot easier to reach the top two bolts. Other than that didn't help much. I got a cheap tranny adapter and jack from harbor freight which works well.

ok im not gonna evan try than, no way i want to pull up all that carpet

so why did you arch the top of the cage like that and have the bar going back sit so low? doesnt that affect the head room quite a bit? or is it cause it was easier that way when you have the top on?

From the depths......

The main reason is for the soft top frame, it folds right on top of the cage.

It could have been a hair taller. The back still needs a new bench seat .

Here is a pic that shows the soft top, and another with a lady back there with plenty of head space. I looked for one with the sides up on the top but I guess there are no pics.
