Reconstructing cab floor and rocker panels

Wow that is some serious rust. I'm going to check this area for rust and clean it out then treat it.
On your k5 is the yellow line a 90 degrees? Do you have a bend in the floor around the red line? I have a bend in my K5.

Yes, it seems like 90 degrees. And there isn't a bend but some kind of bump. I cleaned it up a little:

On my K5 this area is not a 90 degrees and there is a bend in the sheet metal. It was hit previously on this side. I'm surprised if the damage went this far into the K5.

The consensus is they all come from the same plant in Taiwan.

Tabco makes replacement panels in the good 'ol USA.
I feel they fit better, but are not as "crisp" of a stamp if that makes sense. they are also zinc coated, or something similar.
