recovery straps from 4wheel parts

man thats hella bull****, 1 cause they are trying to bull**** somebody who know a hellauva lott more about the sport than anybody i know, 2 thats just crap tactics anny way, 3 i would use the hell out of those straps before i sent them back 4 it just pisses me off cause i got a store around the corner from my house, and its real convienient to go there, but this makes me want to not ever do bisnuess with them again.
