Anyone here used Red Head steering boxes on there rig? I can get with after sending in my core for $250 which isn't to bad compared to some out there. My box is on it's last leg right now.

mine is so worn if you tighten it up hair more its a night mare to drive!

Mine is just a 1982 2wd box that is really leaky and im too lazy to tear it down and rebuild lol.

My PS system has been running on straight lucas power steering stop leak for like 2 years now. Uses half a bottle every couple trips to the dunes

I just installed a Red Head about a month ago in my 2004 Yukon XL 2500. I am VERY happy with it! Nice and tight. I just wish they also built PS pumps. I've replaced about 4 of them but still generate some noise.

If the Blazer ever needs one, I'll be installing a Red Head in that truck too.

Definitely recommend them!
