Does anyone know a way to get this tire of the wheel, with home tools?

I watched a few videos and they suggest jacking my truck up and setting on the wheel to break the bead... not too keen on doing that. A one run was a weird thing with tie-strap and jack using a pry bar.

The air is out for the most part I haven’t pulled the air filler thingy-ma-bob...

I have no use for the wheel and just want the tire for whatever....

I’ve successfully used the high lift jack and pushed the bead off the rim, using the weight of the truck to force through the tire. Then you do around the rim and both sides

Then work the wheel out of the tire. It’s fun

Is the k5 not ready to drive up on it? It’s heavier

I mean, I can use the k5....
I’d rather use the Rav. I just want the tire for a “push” incase I need to push the K5 into the garage.

Is the k5 that bad? Have a little faith man!

Put in 4x, and just ease up on it

Yeah... I will. I guess it’s the same process and jacking the Blazer up and lowering it on the tire....

Thanks... I have a plan now.

There's a guy on one of the charger forums that uses his charger to break tires off the rim. If he can do it, you can do it.

Do you have a log splitter ?...they make excellent bead breakers!..
I've had a few petrified 10 ply tires even a coats 20-20 tire machine couldn't budge the beads ,come loose easily in my friends log splitter..

I have got many stubborn beads broke by running the tire over with my truck, the front end is heavier and works best, but you do risk having the tire flip up and possibly contact the fender,or your truck's tire getting wounded on the rim bead when the bead lets go..

I also use an old bumper jack to break the beads too, when all else has failed at home..

I have a manual operated tire machine, but after my back gave out I couldn't lift a 8 lug rim & 10 ply tire up over the "mast" and the bead breaker on it wasn't that strong,so I bought this off craigslist for $30...an old Ken-Tool bead breaker..it works tits..

A log splitter? What am I Paul Bunyan? I live in the city. Hahahahah. Let me go ask Babe to fetch me a log splitter on her way back from the crick...

All kidding aside. I will probably take it to a shop and pay the $10 and save myself and my body the hassle of prying it off, or driving it off. But we’ll see
