Repainting My 1986 Chevy K5 Blazer - Hope You Like It...

nice job :waytogo:!!! just curious whats the shaft we can see by the right rear fender? is it some kind off swing out for a spare tire.
Yes, I built a rear swing out tire mount, but I didn't really like how it turned out. It came loose, swung around, and it's what caused that rear passenger side fender to bend (into the tailgate (I think I have a picture of it on page 1 of this post)). I took it off with a cutting torch during the sanding process. For now I am just going to use the factory tire mount behind the back seat.
 
86 K5 - Almost done with it (yeah right)...

Adding new pictures... New tires, color sand & polished. It's getting there...

I used pictures that a photographer used for a transmission promo it's about to be in. That explains the crooked pics (artsy fartsy)...
