replacement braided brake hose

the right rear braided steel hose on my Jimmy appears a little worn and I want to replace it...the truck has 3/4 ton axles and a 4-wheel disc conversion.

where is the best place online to get a single braided steel hose? Everywhere I see has complete sets. And what does "#3" and #4" cross to as far as sizes?

They have the braided lines in any length.

I make them up rather than buying them. I buy enough ends and hose to make one more line that can go anywhere in the system. That way I have a trail spare.

-3 (not #3) is equal to 3/16"
The dash size number divided by 16 is the fractional size equivelent of the hose.
