I have some rot over my wheel wells and took my 1990 K5 to a local body shop they fixed it looked great for about 2 months now its all popped back out and looks worse than before. So Ive been looking for some new sheetmetal I want complete quarter panels not patch panels so far zero luck finding them in stock anywhere. does anyone know where I might get some?
Thanks
Chris

Bummer. Been there. Been hunting for years for some items. Its Hella frustrating. Good luck.

I can’t remember, I think they are almost comports panels, but I’ll check tomorrow.

I lucked out and found a really solid but non-running mid-80's K5 sitting behind a barn. Cut off the bedsides with a gas cut-off saw and took them home and trimmed they out and put them on mine.

I think full panels would include the tailight features which those do not. That said, your issue is the poor workmanship by the body shop, not the patch panels. Did the shop offer a warranty?

LMC at one time sold full panels. Maybe it was Golden State, I don't remember.

I feel your pain. It has been a challenge to find some for the removeable bedsides on the Trazer,. I did find some but the guy that sells them is a total tool bag. One option I did find is fiberglass bedsides but they are usually extended width. Found a couple complete tubs too but they are too nice to chop up. A complete tub may be a good way to go for you though. Good luck with your quest.
