For those of you that have replaced the dual shock setup with a single shock, what did you use to make up the space left by the other shock in the bottom mount? I’m thinking about having a piece of round aluminum machined to fill the gap, but I know I’m not the first person to encounter this problem. I’ve seen people use washers, but you have to use several to fill all the space and I think it looks half assed. Any products out there to solve this?

The factory single shock would go between the ears of the axle bracket with a shorter bolt.

It would go where the outer shock is in your picture. You have a long bolt, shock, spacer, shock tab, shock, shock tab and a nut.

Makes sense. I don't have my truck here so I couldn't remember where the bracket fell in the order. Thanks.

Is this the front set up you have IMG 9947?
Original stock quad front shock set up.
If so the bottom will not need any spacer using the rear more angled stock set up.
If you are using the AUX position more vertical shock than you will put a spacer between tabs and use the inside to mount with long bolt IMG 4652
