Replacing rear bed sides on '86 k5

I'm going to be replacing my pass. side bed side on my 86 k5. Where did you guys get your bed sides? Whats the best way to remove the old side and weld on the new one?

You have to drill out all the spotwelds using a spotweld cutter. It sucks but its a doable jo. Can you patch the quater panel?
