This is try to go into the existing rubber hose returns, without claps. Screw onto the hose like braided line connectors.

I think I have figured out what to do with it. Going all hydraulic crimp swivel to 3/8" NPT on all of it except for the main return to the pump that is 1/2".

What do they call that style of fitting?

In the heavy truck industry we call these reusable aeroquip fittings. A big truck supply place can hook you up but they won’t be the fancy anodized ones. Gates makes a similar version.
Check Aircraft Spruce & Speciality too, they should have them.

First world problems.

It sucks when I am looking for a bolt, and find the bag labeled "Torque Converter.":doah:

So I am on my back. Putting bolts in with Locktite. Turning the crank with a cheater bar, while on my back. Then all 6 bolts are in but need torqued. Then, when a bolt comes around and it is already torqued, I realize that I have gone around twice now, and I am done. It was a good feeling.

It is the little wins.

And a relief to get off the floor!
Went right back under. Decided to put the exhaust in to get it out of the way. Evidently, I had an existing hanger way out of wack on the passenger side. Missed the center hanger by an inch.

It has been removed, rehacked and rewelded.
