Reverse light switch location?

Just wondering if anybody has a pic of where the reverse light switch is located on the 465 in my '87 K30 ? I am thinking that is the culprit for why my reverse lights don't work.

on the top cover, driver side, forward of where the shifter goes down into the case, just behind the bell (pointed directly toward drivers foot in vehicle) Looks kinda like a water temp sender (except it has 2 blade connectors) easy to get at with tranny tunnel pulled

Yeah, you are right.

I looked for "reverse" first thing, that didn't help.

After mid 80's sometime the plug itself changed to a weatherpack, but location is the same. Shape will be a tad bit different than the one shown in the picture.
