I’ve got new fuse, one new reverse socket & new bulbs and there still NOT working ? Blew my multi-meter when I dropped it off work bench. Any other way to check it out ?

the switch at steering column, you can jumper the plug there to check the circuit. probably the switch and/or the adjustment

I did block tires, and tried clicking it once. I’ll try more tomorrow . I’ll have to go buy another multi-meter, to see if I have voltage anywhere . Really frustrating without one. Even my continuity tester stopped working… THX

Still don't have tester, hopefully go to town tomorrow and get one. Ran into another baffler today, I have rear running lights, but no fronts, not even with headlights on ?
They blink with signals on, but that's it. Replaced both bulbs too.

Your fronts have bad or no ground

Cheap test light works for checking hot circuits....

Test switch on column or on side of manual transmission

Well finally got multi-tester. Had to rewire both front parking lights grounds sockets. Have replaced n.s.switch got reverse lights working-ran thru gears, checked make sure started in p and N good. Back to R no lights readjusted got right side on , not left ??

I doubt it. Only 1 wire from switch to bulbs. I would look for a splice some where. Esp near where any trailer pig tail is/may have been wired in. Also don't for go checking the ground/bulb on the left.

I forgot to say I had left bulb come on and had to replace that socket because it was wired in with 1157 socket. Actually more like hacked in , so I got an 1156 socket out of a friends parts truck . I do think your correct, I remember seeing a trailer wire splice somewhere back there. I'll check that out today, Thank You.
