Right way to do fender trimming

That seems kind of great. How did you make the middle add-in piece? What does it take to make the inner fender fit?

Do you happen to have pictures of it finished?
This is how I did mine. You can either fab a section to fill in or cut a donor fender

I pulled the trailing edge back to the inner wheel well. I opted to weld the two to avoid having any fasteners where the tire might contact the lip

It would be awesome if someone would just start stamping out fenders with big openings that we could bolt on. Maybe the market isn't there since fewer and fewer people care what their K5 looks like.
Somebody should really do a gofundme or something to get something going. Or maybe a place like LMC could work on a design with one of their Chinese manufacturers. I wonder how many stamps are actually running to make square fenders?

You'd think they could make more money stamping late model fenders so Bro-dozers could clear giant rockstar rims without so much lift since that's where the money is going, but I don't know the feasibility on that.

I'm not sure if anyone would buy those, you really don't need bigger fender opening to clear 33s with 14" of lift :ROLFLMAO:

I saw a cool looking F250 the other day with 35s and not a lot of lift. Not sure why they all crank em up so high.
