Ok Ive been ripping my old ragged vinyl floor up to put down the Por 15 and I came across a thick layer of some kinda rubbery plastic coating in the front part of the cab floor board did yall have this crap too and whats a good way to get this crap up should I just grap hold and start a pullin. What was it for a metal covering or something?

That crap is just a sound deadner, heat gun and a putty knife will remove it.
If you don't have a heat gun then a propane torch or a blowdryer.
