Road trip

Going to Ft. Smith on Thanksgiving weekend. Leaving late afternoon/early evening Thursday and will be going down around southeast Kansas, north and northeast Oklahoma and then northwest Arkansas.

We are picking up an '87 V30 and looking around for derby cars. If you know of any towns in those areas where potential cars are, let me know.

I will also be using this trip to deliver parts, etc. I have stuff listed for sale in the forums but will make a new thread with anything and everything I want to get rid of.

Keep your eyes open for the thread.

87-91 1 ton. In 87, they changed the "Titles" from C/K to R/V.

No shyte? So your telling my 07 Silverado is a R2500?

No...because from 88-91 GM was selling two different body styles they added the R/V designation to the old square body stuff until it was phased out completely in 92. Then they dropped the R/V designation completely and stuck with the more traditional C/K tags.
