Hard to believe, after a while the 44's will look normal too. They are fun though. You realize how big they really are when you start looking for a place to carry a spare!:haha:

I remember bolting up my 44's and thinking "did I go to big?" now I can't imagine going smaller. Luckily I have only had to put the spare on once. it's a 2 person job getting the flat tire back in the truck bed.

Taking a straight line down a trail while jeeps weave around everything is fun too.

hmmmmm... interesting. I was looking at the 5 hole and multi-hole ones on your web page and thought one of them might work. now I'm intrigued! if you got a cad drawing, shoot it to my email man! :thumb:

yeppers, I've wheeled 39.5 TSLs but even before I bought them I thought to myself..."self... 42s would be better on this rig!". :thumb: If 42s would be good... why not get 44s? After all, when aired down, a 44 is prolly closer to 42" tall. :thumb:

for now they are the rollers for my truggy. When its done (or close to it) they will become the rollers for my toyota buggy project. ;) I may sell them.. but shipping to Mass would be a killer!

Boggers are the true american dream :haha: . i know how you feel. the biggest tire i've had is a 35...so it's a big jump. congrats on realizing your childhood dream. :D

I just bought a set of 395/85R20 (46x15.5!!) XML Michelins for my rig off eBay:D ! I'll use them for off roading and playing in the snow.

After getting stuck and stranded for two days on a snow-covered fire road up here in Central Idaho, I've decided to do what our Icelander 4X4 brothers do: get tires that will make you float on top of the snow!

these oughta... look like balloons.

hate to break it to you but those tires aren't going to float on anything. they weigh a ton and are stiff. they will however keep the rest of the truck up out of the snow, cause their tall.
