Yeah good call on the exhaust, the PO routed it straight out the back. I had the front pipes reworked when I put the headers on, I considered rerouting the back somewhere else.. I worried that behind the tire might get hung up on stuff while wheeling, but now that I think about it, I have seen them tucked up there pretty good with just the tip poking out. Something to fix in the future..
good idea on the bucket hats, sometimes the best solution is the easiest I’ll go that route and buy some 12V mister fans.

I had duals out the back on the last engine. It was terrible. I was also worried about the side exit getting hung up but it's really the only option that works. It's been fine so far.

Mine is out the side behind back tires, I haven’t hung it up on anything.

Called my exhaust guy, he can reroute it behind the tire Monday, leave Tuesday morning, $60!! Thank you everyone for pointing me in the right direction. It’s now forecasted to rain so keeping the top on is required, this will get me time to do a soft top right.. and the right long term fix for the exhaust, god bless CK5!!
