It does suck, but it pays off.

Not sure if I missed anything, but that belt grinder back there in the picture. What is the guide wheel radius? It probably doesn't have the SFM to really eat notches for lunch but I bet it wouldn't be too bad. I use a belt grinder to notch about 60% of my tubing.

It’s about 2.5-3” I should pick up some 36 grit belts and give that a try. Flap wheels aren’t that bad, I’m just tired of wearing a respirator... lol
