Roll Cage questions

Trying to figure out information on building a roll cage. Does anyone know of a web sight or know really well on how to build a roll cage for a truck? Questions I have are like what type of tube would you use, can the large tube bender at like Harbor Freight bend the tubing or would I need someting else.
