hey guys I’ve got a tubeing bender and I’d like to make my own cage ,rock sliders and doors . But I’m gonna start with the cage first . This may be a long shot but does anyone here have any drawings for building a cage ? that would be awesome if they were willing to share that info it would save me tons of time lol.

A lot of great info ! How did your cage build go ? You don’t live too far away come give me a hand lol.

It went pretty good, you can see the details in my build thread.

and I'm slow & expensive :D

Do sliders first IMO, then tie your cage into your sliders...at least that's what I did and I've liked it

Yeah, sliders first. But even before that, ask yourself, body lift or no body lift? That is important. I love a 1" lift, it helps a lot without being goofy.

I have a 2in body lift

Perfect
A lot has to be in place before doing sliders or a cage. Are you going through the dash? And with that 2” BL it will be easier to clockthe Tcase later :D

What I decided to do was order DIY4X roll cage and build on it by time I bought Dom and figured out all the measurements I would have there’s in . So yes I will be going through the dash . What’s BL ? Sorry noob I guess

body lift. Watch the DIY4X cage videos on youtube if you haven't yet.
I have I watched an old one of Kert Installing it .

For you guys with rock sliders could I get you to take a few good pictures of your sliders and how they are mounted would really appreciate it thanks.

I see thanks I plan on going with a doubler down the road I just rebuilt my 700r4 myself it’s working great and has all the upgraded parts in it . Everyone runs a 400 with 205 / doubler to the 203. Should have just did the 400 then but I didn’t plan on going this far at the time.
