roll call 67 and 68 burb owners

I have some wierd things I have seen while working on my 68 burb.

56" long stock rear springs...containing 2 leaves
flat frame area behind steering box
rear spring rear hanger has no ties to the bottom of the frame rail like the 72 and newer


also my newer steering box hits the front body mount.

I have a 68 truck and an 89 burb thats all I can help with

whats the area behind the steering box look like

from where the box is mounted to the cab is pretty flat. The mounting holes are raised out, like the newer ones. I can take pics if you want, just give me a day or two till I crawl under it (2wd)

my buddies 69 is that way. I wonder why my 68 k10 sub is so different.
