In my shop. Doing stuff.
Did a quick search and looked through 3 pages, didn't find an answer.

Just recently, I am getting the static. What do I search for.

I think this is my first help request. Cool.

Usually from what I have experienced is a weak ground or battery source. If this is in the Jimmy, plug wires can cause it as well.

ahh didnt realize there even WAS an audio section :D I always just hit "new posts"

as for the radio interference.... If it started out of the blue I'd check all the spark plug wires and connections. usually the culprit. they make an RF supressor specially for that too. I think radio shack or maybe even walmart would have them. Can be found online too. I'd say something is going bad though.

I was going yo suggest one of those noise cancelation deals, but then I remembers Wade is far to OCD to take the easy way out. If it worked fine before it will work fine again, just need to find the source.

It has one of those already. This unit was in my sons 78 El Camino. I guess it might have gone bad. Did no think of that.

Guess this will have to wait till the semi paint is done.
