So you've come to the conclusion that electric fans are not necessarily evil then? : )
How hard would it be to wire them up so that low was at 195 (or whatever your t-stat is, maybe a bit higher) and high was at say 220?
I'm just thinking of freeway cruise and noise, you probably won't have a problem with the freeway part, but the turning fans aren't really helping at speed. I've got to figure out my fans too, except mine are single speeds, but one on at X temp the other on at 232*...want to bring that second temp down a fair amount, and eliminate the AC interference for that fan : )
