I got rust on the top/side of the doorjamb on the cab of my truck and need advice on what would be the best fix.

I cleaned mine up real good and filled it with bondo and primed it . That was 3 years ago and still looks great !!!

I can't post pics yet but the rust is actually eaten through in top of doorjamb. I've been using an angle grinder with a wire wheel attached to take as much rust out as possible.
Then Fiberglass would be the easiest method then.
